  • Gym supplies...?

    I think I'm gonna use some gym supplies. I want protein (shakes) and creatine. There are some issues though. Milk makes me wanna throw up so I have to mix the protein with water which is kinda dirty I guess and I don't wanna tell my parents. I'm still underage and they think it's only for body builders etc.

    The results will be good though (I'll train hard so).

    What do you guys think?

          A little bit. At first not but I work out a lot so now after 6 months I kinda have but not that much. I grow fast though, That's positive. Why?

                I was wondering because (as far as I know) if you have a toned body + add those protein shakes then you would lose it but if you don't have it then it wouldn't affect that much
