    Yo, I'm 18 been lifting since 16, I was a stick when i started (around 60kg) now im 74kg at the moment with low body fat.

    I used to take shakes thinking it would magically make me bugger but nahh, you have to work your ass off first. I would say it takes bout 3-4 weeks for you to see any gains with protein shakes if ur working hard n getting more protein from ur diet n not just rely on shakes.

    Ive actually just started taking creatine 5 weeks ago n ive seen some crazy gains, my muscles are always pumped up and my strengths increased alot! Its no hassle aswell just 5g a day mixed with my shake abd dats it.

    If ur serious about gaining muscle i would recommend both but if u just wanna get in better shape just get a good protein powder.
    Syrup, percocet, and an eighth a day will leave you broke, depressed, and emotionally vacant

        Just googled creatine and it sounds dope af! I really don't have much energy to do much workout after school so u think it would help?

          Its a chemical in our bodies that supplies energy to every single cell and helps create more ATP which is the energy which we use for every movement so taking extra creatine from supplements will help us make more ATP making the body stronger and able to lift heavier.

          Creatine is not really a stimulant, so when you take it you wont feel more energetic, it helps create more ATP in the body which is used when the muscles are worked so you will feel the difference when lifting , your strength will increase quicker but you wont feel more hyped up, i just suggest drinking a can of red bull or anything with caffeine, it really helps
