I think it will not help that much, to get a good body you have to do more diverse exercises.
I do a work out of 30 minutes everyday to keep my body in shape, with all kinds of exercises (squats, lunges, crunches, sit ups etc.) but I' m a girl so I guess that you have to do other exercises.
