        This is what I currently do and I'm in shape =)

        Monday - 45 minute running

        Tuesday - Push ups, sit ups, and lift weights (nothing heavy though)

        Wednesday - 45 minute running

        Thursday - Push ups, sit ups, and lift weights (nothing heavy though)

        Friday - 45 minute running

        Weekend off.
