I'm not a scientist, but I am an engineering student. I can attest to what some of what [MENTION=60086]KidComet[/MENTION] is saying. A lot of what we eat is extremely unhealthy for us, but it is ultimately a personal decision to eat these foods. There are always other options, it depends on our will to do so.

Personally, as a university student, I eat whatever is cheap. Later on in my life I will eat better, but for now it's KD for life
