I can just burn this in to a cd and it will work to install on my mac (with parallels desktop 6) .. no serial code needed?

As long as you dl it on your mac (or put it on a usb and transfer it to your mac) theres no need to burn it.

When you start Parallells, you can point it to read from that .iso file & it will install.

legally I would have to buy win7 insert the cd, and load the OS, but I'm sure theres a free way LOL.
I'm not tryna upgrade to win 7... thats why i cant just do w.e u did...

It's pretty easy yeah..You just start Parallels and you can tell it to read from either your cd drive or a file. Have it read from the Win7 .iso, and you'll go thru the installation process. That Win 7 download has multiple activators for it too.

& Yeah, I've used it. It's pretty nice. The new version, you have the option of either running Windows in a window, or have it integrated in your Mac. So if you have it integrated, you can download a .EXE program, double click on it, and it'll open in the Windows environment.

and ohh cool. I just need windows on my mac to use certain programs that i actually purchased and it will cost a fortune to get them again for mac... i can just install programs while on the win OS interface right?

The activators are just so the Windows is recognized as being genuine (an not obtained illegally).

& yes, you can install while in the Win OS interface. It will act like a real Windows PC.

I see man, thanks forerrything.... btw where did you get your parallels software? (online store? torrent? lmao) and which version did u get, the switch version or the regular version...?

edit: btw how did u transfered all ur files when u switched from pc to mac?

I got the Parallels software from a torrent. Lolz...

And I have a external HDD that I keep basically everything on.

Parallels Desktop - 6.0.11828.615184 [Intel/Serial] (download torrent) - TPB[Intel_Serial] Will do the trick.
