I think I gotta virus on my computer, and every 2 minutes shit pops up like "Malware Protection" And this is kinda embarrasing but porn icons show up on my desktop. Im like fuckin scared right now... I tried to download AVG but it looks like it wouldnt let me download it because the stupid ass pop-ups keep interupting it's installation because it either freezes my computer, or it says theres an error in the installation, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP...

LOL aww......you need to restart your computer in safe mode THEN download the antivirus. The viruses often make it so that you cant delete them while your computer is running in full mode.....type safe mode in the search box for this thread to see how to do it if you dont know how.

So randomly throughout the day my Firefox will be "Not Responding". It just started doing this and it is very annoying. Can anybody help me out.

Note: It happens no matter what site I'm on. So it's not a certain site.

It didnt work, I restarted it and pressed F8. Then, it gave me the option to start Windows in safe mode. I highlighted it and I pressed enter, then, a whole bunch of numbers and words popped up I got scared and turned it off, now I turned it on again. and the stupid virus pop ups are still on...

It didnt work, I restarted it and pressed F8. Then, it gave me the option to start Windows in safe mode. I highlighted it and I pressed enter, then, a whole bunch of numbers and words popped up I got scared and turned it off, now I turned it on again. and the stupid virus pop ups are still on...

what do you mean numbers and words? the black screen w/white words?? But wait for Bliss.....he should be able to help.

LOL I think that was just script, trying to do what you told it to.....sometimes it pops up then pops off when its done......but yea.....i'd wait for bliss, if he dosnt see it by tonight, maybe a PM would be cool?

Right let me help. Ermmm it's obvious that you have downloaded Malware soemwhere along the line. By the odds of porn popping up I'm gonna guess that's where you got it from, no offense. Malware can be annoying and sometimes vicious and cause great harm to your comp. If you have another comp I suggest the following:

Going onto another comp and downloading Malwarebytes: AntiMalware
Once the download is complete re-name the file and put it onto a usb stick
If the Malware you have won't let you take it off the usb then email it to yourself
On the infected comp disable system restore and firewall
As it's renamed the Malware won't know that it's AntiMalware software so just install it on the infected comp
Once that is done you can just try running it normally but shut everything else off so close all internet etc and run a full scan
Once it's complete you should see at least 10 - 15 infections I'm guessing
Your comp will probably prompt you to restart just tell it to continue and restart
After that it should stop, if it doesn't then run it in Safe Mode

The white writing was just the script as MsStar said, just let that happen and it will start in Safe Mode completely fine.
