Yea I heard if you wash it every day then it drys it out and damages it or some shit like that. as for me personally, i ain't even gonna front, when my hair is long I barely wash it, i'm just too lazy. but when I get my hair cut short, I wash it regularly not every day tho.

I workout 5 days a week so I wash my hair everyday, and nothing will happen to you if you wash your hair everyday, just use a quallity shampoo.
