Does anyone in here whiten their teeth?

I think my teeth are looking a little stained from all the coffee i drink and sugar I eat cause I don't smoke

But I don't really want to go the dentist and pay a lot of money when I read you can do it yourself from home by purchasing strips online

My question is has anyone done it?

Twice a day

And if u drink a lot of coffee, over time this can happen even if u brush your teeth

I went dentist three months ago

Of course, not everybody can afford to go to a Dentist or Doctor, unless you're fortunate to do so. My parents didn't have a lot of money while I was growing up, but I still got to go to the doctor because of the insurance I had at the time but once my Father lost his job I could no longer afford that privilege. So I would and still use white Colgate with Baking Soda. I have never bought the whitening strips, so I wouldn't know. But white Colgate and Baking Soda seem to keep my teeth white. It is important to go to the Dentist at least twice a year, even if you're paying out your own pocket, but that's only if you're not blessed with dental insurance.

Yeah i use the whitening strips and they work really good!, and i smoke and they still whiten my teeth so there worth the money brah
