And yeah we don't need another Buchanan. That guy was a southern sympathizer and just let them do their thing instead of stopping war.

Whatever if you vote or no, they will choose their puppet so..
Funny how after bin ladens ''killing'' obama's ratings started rising and he got re elected lol.
And how many navy seals from that team died after that mission lol. It's just coincidence ofc, nothing else.
I'm starting to see clear now, so much misinformation here in lithuania, our fking president keeps screaming like russia about to attack us, usa and nato troops coming here more and more, shit won't end well.Last edited by Mind`; 02-14-2016, 05:01 PM.

If martial law is declared in the USA, then automatically, the president who is in office during marital law can suspend the elections and stay in office for a "third term"
remember france went under martial law after isis attacked

I'm feelin Cruz tbh. Isn't against marijuana but still holds very strong Conservative views in just about every category. Donald Trump will probably win due to his iconic image.

Congress is the main power.
Take the ACA. Europeans seem to think he did something wonderful will this. Probably because they have the idea it's something like the healthcare systems they use. It's not. It's a badly written piece of junk that has made the divide between the upper and lower class worse. Hardly anyone actually read the damn thing beforee passing it (including most of congress!). Now most of the middle class are paying more of healthcare, the poor are paying less and the rich aren't paying a damn thing because they found a loophole to squirm out of.
I really wish all the people over seas could see the affect Obama has actually had on this country. I don't think he had bad intentions but he s caused a lot of problems here because he's really not a good politician. There's so much more hate and fighting here now and sometimes I think he's faning the flames on propose. The media here is nothing but propaganda designed to make people think things are getting better, but trust me, we re destabilizing
i could right a whole essay on why Obama was a bad president, a lot of which wasn't actually even his fault. And another one on congresses bullshit. But I won't, because honestly, like I said, I don't think anyone could actually make a difference at this point. I was just really hoping for a candidate that both sides would at least tolerate.
That and its 5am and I really should be asleep.None

Originally posted by DesertRose View Postim well aware of that. But people keep forgetting that the president is voted in with the idea that he will do what the people want. This means paying attention to what the majority of people want - even if that doesn't follow his personal beliefs. In the past there have been presidents who managed to get things done in spite of difficult congress because they were willing to work with both sides to reach compromise and manage things. Obama didn't even try to do that he just pissed a bunch of people of going around the rules to get what HE personally wanted.

I mean fuckin Donald Trump has like 30% votes according to some poll I saw recently, maybe even more..and stupid feminist manipulative liar Clinton has even more..
I think Bernie Sanders is probably only worthy candidate, but if he doesn't have support of congress there's only little he can do.
And about propaganda, trust me I know all about that, it's same shit here in Serbia.
Our prime minister (man with most power in Serbia) even got "bots" commenting on news websites on articles about him, like a support, it's ridiculous lol he is using everything he can to deceive people, and he's doing a pretty good job, since he got more than 60-70% of votes last time we had a vote for parliament.

What sucks is both parties keep moving further and further from the middle so they'll never get along. It's either extreme left or extreme right.
@KidComet On January 20, 2017 I will bump this thread to prove you wrong.
