every morning..... running laps @ the park, then strech out, (im verryyy flexible to the point werre my leg can go behind my head aha <3 and splits n all ) then sit ups about 200, then eat healthy

i stretch for 10 minutes
20-25 minutes of bicycle
a couple of leg workouts, you know the usual weight lifting at the gym
chest, arm.. i cant really explain what i do for training, kinda complicated
stretch again for 5 minutes
back on the bicycle for 5-10 minutes

1 First i stretch by reaching up then touching my toes
2 Then i do a split and another stretch i call the butterfly
3 After that i do wall push ups because ones on the floor are too hard for me to do since i have skinny arms, and when i do wall push ups it looks like i am kissing the wall so i do them by myself because my friends are too imature
4 Next i do sit ups, it is important to use your back when you come up instead of your neck because you cannot put all your weight on that one spot
5 Then i do a jog or a bike ride around tha block
6 When i finish i cool down with some waterdont use drugs
