    Nothing Serious


    20 Push Ups
    15 Minute Run On The Tredmill
    5 Sets Of Weight Lifting (Varying In Weight)
    & I Spar With A Friend For About 20 Minutes
    & To Cool Off 3 Sets Of Sit-Ups

    I Do That About Once Or Twice A Week


    I Also Play Soccer For A Team & I Play Tennis

      I just do lyk 50 push upps in the morning.
      Im unfit these days.
      I used to be able to run round a 400 meter track lyk 6 times and not be tired at the end.
      Now i cant even do it once without losing my breath.
      SMH.

        Mile run
        4 sets of 25 push-up
        3 sets of 10 reps 175 pounds (brunch press)
        3 sets of 15 pull-ups
        100 sit-ups (daily)

          every morning..... running laps @ the park, then strech out, (im verryyy flexible to the point werre my leg can go behind my head aha <3 and splits n all ) then sit ups about 200, then eat healthy

            LOL. I eat shit all day den go ride my bike for like 12 hrs straight. Well I use to b4 my lower disc probs. Now its a struggle 2 get out da bed. Not cuz m fat tho. 155 right here.

              Be working on my hands out while rolling so many blunts. Ya diggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg.

              Skimboarding would be my only workout. Keeps me fit as helllllllllll.

                i stretch for 10 minutes
                20-25 minutes of bicycle
                a couple of leg workouts, you know the usual weight lifting at the gym
                chest, arm.. i cant really explain what i do for training, kinda complicated
                stretch again for 5 minutes
                back on the bicycle for 5-10 minutes

                  Yeah I do but it's too long for me to type.

                  Monday - Shoulders
                  Tuesday - Back
                  Wednesday - Chest
                  Thursday - Arms

                  200 Sit-Ups
                  200 Crunches

                  Daily.

                    1 First i stretch by reaching up then touching my toes
                    2 Then i do a split and another stretch i call the butterfly
                    3 After that i do wall push ups because ones on the floor are too hard for me to do since i have skinny arms, and when i do wall push ups it looks like i am kissing the wall so i do them by myself because my friends are too imature
                    4 Next i do sit ups, it is important to use your back when you come up instead of your neck because you cannot put all your weight on that one spot
                    5 Then i do a jog or a bike ride around tha block
                    6 When i finish i cool down with some water
                    dont use drugs

                      go gym about 4 days a week doing weights and stretching then run about 6 miles once or twice a week and playing basketball and snowboarding to
