              i was tryna see if someone was trying to help before anythingg .. anywayss
              i have a chart. Making Models of Compounds


              i need to write the correct formula, and the correct name. (i know how to do the names not the formula )
              for example :

              Na+ and CH3COO-

              the name is Sodium Acetate and the formula? :[




              heres one i did :

              NH4+ and F-

              it's NH4F













              (Tiny numbers are subscript .. normal numbers are upperscript? :suprised: ) help

                    Well just know that the ones above are what you start with and the ones on bottom you end with. But I know there's some exception I never remember but for the most part dont you just switch the numbers?? Like Na3+and Cl- Would Be NaCl3?

                          I dunno about that one. But compounds go in parenthesis. Like if you had Cl3- and NH4 its (NH4)3Cl
