What do you do to make a picture look like this?

Bet that's your wallpaper too, homo ass. And (with PS) it has to do with sectioning off parts of the pic and greying everything else while preserving the parts you want by someway outlining them or you can try running two layers of the pic and proceed from there.

Because your sig says "Skinnyniggadoe" which when decrypted and translated from your ebonics comes out as "I am indeed admitting my gayness". It's quite simple actually.
