wayne will only do 8 months so will he most likely go to Rikers. many men in Rikers have very long braids and locs (the term dreds isnt used much because of the negative Connotation that comes with it). and no where in any prison system do they make you remove anything cosmetic from your teeth unless wayne can remove it himself and use it as a weapon.if its permanent then it will stay in his mouth.

i prefer wayne when he had corn rows but im not sure they would suit him anymore. And he definetely wont have to have his grill removed because the government has to pay for that shit and plus what harm can it do it's perminent.
