As far as the titles I notice that only the songs with the exact same titles as original song from original artist (Gucci Mane - Wasted, FLY - Swag Surfin') are changed. I'd imagine the original artist didn't want Wayne's coming up and taking their streams - so asked Wayne to change the names if they use their beat.

As for the 7 songs (ignoring the 3 skits) that didn't clear - they tried their best

Jw I know you got connections to somebody on the team but did they tell you he re recorded that? To me it sounds the same as the OG version. Im like 99% sure they mixed and mastered the original first verse and then Wayne laid a second verse.
