My understanding is that the trump administration had a campaigning budget where they wanted to target the African American voter so they reached out to a bunch of rappers and singers to fly them out and take some pics woth Trump im forgetting who it was but someone posted screenshots of these emails and txts on IG also Lil Pump career is on life support im sure he'd take any bit of money and chance for promotion it seems a majority of people declined or ignored but ofcourse wayne "all about the money" carter took the bait and made a fool out himself
