Chris Brown sales have dropped exponentially since that incident. He released 30-40 track albums now to stat pad. And even then the numbers are still a shadow of his former self.
Spotify listeners don't mean much, if your song is in a playlist and 1 person listens once that's a listener. Tory's most recent project his worst selling yet selling 37K first week. He did 50K prior to the incident and about 80K this time last year.
Kanye is starting to dip too. His most recent single (Nah Nah Nah) didn't even chart, his previous with Travis fell off the charts in 2 weeks, and everyone looks at him like he's crazy.

All these careers have been negatively impacted since being "cancelled". Career won't end maybe but will definitley be some damage. And Wayne not doing so hot right now to begin with
Chris brown had a top 10 hit this summer and he had a top 5 hit the summer before..
He has 36 million listeners a month and hasn't dropped a album in over a year
He has charted over a 100 songs
He's the second solo musician to chart 100 billboard top 100 and his last album did over 2 billion streams across streaming platforms not even to mention all the YouTube records he broke by being the most watched musician. So CB is fine.

Doja Cat is fine that song is played everywhere bro

I can agree this could effect his career a bit and he might have have arists not wanna do music with him.

                Chris Brown (2005) - 154K first week
                Exclusive (2007) - 294K

                Graffiti (2009) -102K
                Fame - 270K
                Fortune - 135K
                X - 146K
                Royalty - 184K
                Heartbreak - 68K - 40+ Track album
                Indigo - 108K - 30+ Track album

I'm not even going to include collab tapes like Slime & B cause that shit did like 16K but whatever.

Prior to that shit he was on a upward slope sales wise. After that incident only 2 of 7 albums did better than his debut, none eclipsing Exclusive.

Both Heartbreak on a Full Moon and Indigo are ridiculously long. This makes the sales count double - stat padding.

Prior to the incident he had 6 top 10 lead singles (that's in 2 years).
After the incident it took him 10 years to have another 6 top 10 lead singles. Alot were powered by features but that's another argument.

Chris was on a crazy career path and was destined for so much more. He really didn't meet what he was supposed to do. And his numbers were never the same. His prime should of been much longer than 2 years. But he made the decision that slowed him down.

Double units for plaques and he still hasn't had anything with more plaques then his first 2 albums... damn.
but more tracks are gonna help total sales regardless. and lmao I was too lazy to really count them but damn

Bro he had a top 10 hit this year and last year
Heartbreak on a full moon was released on a Tuesday on Halloween not a Friday. He only had 3 days of sales and the second week he sold 70 k so he did well.

Chris Brown Breaks Record for Most Certified Videos on Vevo as Male Artist; Latest Album Surpasses 1 Billion Streams on Spotify.

This was last year as well lol he has the most videos for a male artist that is over 100 million views.

See what your not getting is he may of sold 108,000 on his last album first week but guess what ? It went platinum lol and has sold more then that by now. A Chris brown album stays on the charts for weeks and weeks and keeps selling unlike a lot of artists, Funeral sold more first week but after that was gone. Chris brown sold all summer long into early fall it spent 16 weeks on the charts.

The young thug mixtape dude was released on soundcloud lol then 4 days later they put it on Spotify so most people had it for free already and it only has 2 days of sales. I'm not even going to get into all the records he keeps breaking but his career is perfectly good where it is at and is a top artist.

The one last year was powered by Drake. The next highest song off Indigo was the Gunna one at #36. The Thug collab was a hit though

Heartbreak on a full moon was released on a Tuesday on Halloween not a Friday. He only had 3 days of sales and the second week he sold 70 k so he did well.
68+70 = 140K. Thats still less then his first 2 albums.

Video streams is cool i guess but a Bill in a 40-50 track album (assuming this is one of his last 2 albums) is stat padding

See what your not getting is he may of sold 108,000 on his last album first week but guess what ? It went platinum lol and has sold more then that by now. Funeral flopped. I've stated and shown that multiple times here. Bad comparison. As for going Platinum - as was stated earlier albums over 100 minutes count as double sales for RIAA. Again, padded. That's why the albums are so long.

also generally if your album has 1 moderately doing well song itll stay on the charts. there are 200 slots after all.

The young thug mixtape dude was released on soundcloud lol then 4 days later they put it on Spotify so most people had it for free already and it only has 2 days of sales.
That's why I didn't get into that but if you want to add on its first full week it's still only like 40K. But collab tape a bad way to judge anyway.

I'm not even going to get into all the records he keeps breaking but his career is perfectly good where it is at and is a top artist.
He was on pace for so much prior and in alot of ways has not surpassed prior feats.

                          As I said:
