I think that Wayne had a plan along time ago.
He started out with small success and when he let the dreads get long, stopped dressing with
the baggy clothes and strait up got more mainstream.
I really think that he knew what he was doing when he dropped tracks like Lollipop.
I honestly think he peaked at like June 2008-March 2009.
He was the hottest thing out. I might get hate for that.
He still is the hottest thing but it was crazy at that time.
However he ain't slowing down anytime soon.
He might be resting but he isn't dead lol.
