NO he was not a multi-millionaire he was in debt 250 plus million but the record label (Sony) covered all his debts so that when he died they could cash in on his records because in reality his records are worth billions but due to him being in debt like that the masters were kept as collateral for his debts so he was a broke ass, debt ridden idiot at the time of his death . But from what Tez said about the lyrics he wrote in prison, I think the style will probably a bit different, not a big difference but ya know. Even if there are a lot of punchlines they will probably be way better than on IANAHB.

And yeah, songs like Told Yall and No Quitter Go getter were for C4, I doubt Wayne is gonna put whack shit on it. I think he knows what C4 should be.

For example how many times has Wayne dropped a line referencing being "in the building"...To hear it once or twice is cool, but we've heard lines with that a lot more, doesn't that show Wayne may be running out of ideas or he's getting way too lazy with his music?
