Hip-Hop is pointless now a days, but I still love it. Wayne music is negative but not all, I only have descent songs by him like Something You Forgot, Hey America, Lets Talk, stuff like that.

I like your answer. Except the problem is.... there is still plenty, probably now more than ever, non-pointless hip hop with excellent messages and skills that are not even being looked at by people, because they think all rappers are like Wayne...

Dustin and Xclusive are the types of people I thought I'd run into on here... 'the best rapper alive' lol christ. nobody is the 'best rapper alive' (there are way too many ways to judge rap), especially someone who can't freestyle.

Freestyle plays a major role in Hip-Hop. Not being able to freestyle when you're a rapper is like a guitar player who can't do a guitar solo.

People is trying to sound like Wayne because they see him in the spot light making money and money is what they want. I just wanted you to know that not all Wayne fans don't see the big picture in Hip-Hop. Yes there's a lot of pointless bs in Hip-Hop now a days, but just take a look at this generation, they're pretty pointless them self's. All they wanna do is smoke, have sex, and make money so that's why they love Wayne music. His music = their fantasy.

There are PLENTY. I'm sure you all love battle raps, and battle rapping is definitely part of being a rapper. Battle raps are supposed to be freestyled. for an excellent example, go here YouTube - Blaze Battle 2001 - Eyedea vs R.K. Part 1

These are facts: Wayne can hardly freestyle, and Waynes lyrics and image direct A TOOON of people away from hip hop right off the bat, without even giving it a chance (this is a problem because, many non hip hop fans would find hip hop that they liked if they didnt think everyone was like Wayne, and artists who have lyrics about life, and want to help people, and spread music, are not given a chance to be heard).
Im not trying to change minds, I just want to know what his fans think of these facts.

Its all a personal choice. It took me a while to stop listening to music that's downgrading towards women. Its all about what you're into. People live their life off a fantasy, Wayne music literally makes people world go around. Some fail to realize that his music is directed towards us because we are his listeners.

That's not the kind of person Wayne is, he's stuck on that gangster image. I can only picture Wayne doing a couple of songs that's actually encouraging. But the truth is, the only people he worry about encouraging is his kids.

Even if he is only worried about his kids, he basically encourages ALL of his listeners to do that.
And even if it were just his kids, what kind of father that speaks like that?

Is Weez one of the most successful rappers of all time?
Does Weez have a lot of talent for a rapper?
okay, now -
Does Weez set bad examples for people?
Are A LOT (not all) of his fans influenced by his music?
--If yes to the question above, doesn't that make our generation even "more pointless"?
--If yes, does it bother you that his music does these things?

I am proud to say I voted that Eyedea is a better freestyler than Wayne, Eyedea is a legend in the game if you dont know who he is look him up, hes one of the illest freestylers ever. Wayne doesnt freestyle he says it himself, therefor Eyedea is clearly the better freestyler...
