Ha come on man it's not even close to his best. I could think of maybe a 100+ Wayne songs better than it...

I guess you forgot Eminems probably nearly sold 90,000,000 million+ worldwide then lol?

Wayne just has a lot to prove on C4. I've really been disappointed by his massive inconsistency in his rapping since he got out. Apart from Hustle Hard, Fuck You and maybe Fuck Food most of his verses have just been meh or bad. I'll judge after C4 what I think of Wayne...I'm hoping I'll be able to say he's still as good as he used to always be.

To be honest I think we expected too much from him, he took a very long break from rapping and I see steady improvement from him. Hes getting back into his grind slowly, he's acclimatizing to rapping faster than many other rappers who came out of jail recently( T.I.). I think it is kind of selfish to instantly demand the same quality of music from a man who was locked up for nearly a year and has been, and is still being deprived of his staple diet, drugs.

I don't really agree with this...

Btw in Denmark hip-hop is not really played that much, but ive never heard a song with Rick Ross or any of these rappers, but YM and Wayne features is actually played all day here.

You make a really fair point here. I don't even think he's lost it. I actually enjoy like 75 percent of his post prison material. The drugs comment is also so true but honestly towards the end of syrup era it was hindering his quality a bit but on the kush side of things, I cannot wait till he's smoking again haha.

ON TOPIC: For me, How to Love was the one of the biggest choices I found a bit weird..I don't mind him making music like that or it even being on C4 but as a single, I dont think it BANGS enough ..

Waynes biggest problem is he is lazy with his music tbh, yea he may record a ton of music and always be in the studio but he doesnt put the effort in to perfect it like Kanye would or somebody. Wayne goes in spits a verse and is like damn songs dope and thats that, many other artists craft verses and songs for weeks. All im saying is I feel like Wayne takes his fans for granted with his music and thinks whatever he puts out people are gunna think its hot. I still think hes a great rapper one of my favorites but clearly he doesnt make songs like Gossip or Something You Forgot anymore... C4 has a lot to prove

I Still Think That He's Not Making Top-Class Music Because He's Saving It For Tha Carter IV.

He's Past Few Verses Have Been Dope, It's Young Money, Fuck Food Ect...

I'm Pretty Sure He's Still 'Got It'. Just Listen To The Light Up Remix.

Yesss, glad I wasn't the only one feeling like this, I felt like it earlier in the thread aha. Agree with you guys 100%. C4 will most likely be a make it or break it album but the problem is I don't think Wayne realizes that =\

You don't know wtf wayne does in the studio tbh and what kinda statement is that? Haave u heard all his unheard material? Stupid posting ftw.

Kanye is a producer, wayne is not and wayne is a better rapper regardless.
