Believe me, for me quality > sales, by far. I was just referring to the people in this thread saying Wayne has lost his heat, I'm just saying I feel like he can still be the top rapper. Everyone wants their favorite rappers to be on top right? Wayne has that potential and then some, and I'm just commenting on them.

Whether C4 sells 3 mill or 300k it won't affect my opinion on the album.

It's just not that big of a deal to get a Wayne feature because who can't anymore? They just call him up and he's like sure, whereas I feel like if tomorrow a new artist said he's working with Jay - there in general would be more hype because it would be like 'goddamn he got Jay?'. I feel like Wayne is in that position of power where he should start doing that, not putting himself everywhere. But that's just me again - I'm sure a lot of people love hearing Wayne verses as much as possible, I sure do, but half the songs he is featured on barely have any replay value because he's working with mediocre artists who don't deserve a Wayne feature. Feel me?
      Agree 100%

@ghostgoon I agree that Wayne has merked Ross on every track they have been on.

Yeah I understand where you're coming from but the main reason for all these collaborations is money.
Artists like Game, Jeezy or J. Lo need Wayne on their songs cause they are not "famous" enough to do it own their own now lol.
Wayne spits a verse/hook and gets probably 100k for that...
THIS AIN'T NOTHING TO RELATE TO.

Maybe MAYBE 9 Piece, but no others are even debatable in my opinion.

Wayne is slackin' his work and I don't feel "the enjoyment" in his song that much anymore. I mean, where is his classic laughs at?

.. But nah Wayne ain't done, this is just a period. Period.

Ya for sure. But like, I'm sure Wayne makes enough money to not do that for everyone. It may seem cold but I feel like it ultimately will hurt him, but hey I'm just a guy on a forum telling one of the most successful artists out there what to do, don't take me to seriously. It's just a point of view, but I feel like the last 5 Jay features which were off the top of my head Shiny Suit Theory, So Appalled/Monster, Light Up, and Hot Tottie in general probably have made more of an impact in general than the last 10 Wayne features because most of the people aren't even worth mentioning other than his verse lol. He doesn't need to be doing that for the money anymore, but he's going to do what he wants of course, I have no say in the end.

I dont agree witcha at all but I respect ur maturity breh.

Its quite factual that Wayne features make the most impact in the industry though.

Haha thanks, I just wanna stress that I'm legitimately a huge fan, but I just personally disagree with a few things he's done since around 09, but hopefully C4 will work everything out, which I think it will.

And ya I know what you mean, his features are guaranteed hits so you got me at that aspect for sure.
