So if people in N.O. like to hold grudges for a long time (lol), then they would have a reason to disrespect him. But I dunno I think Juvi was just pissed then about it.

Lol, that's sort of stereotypical. There are some "well-to-do" or middle-class people who live in the hood. (Not talking about New Orleans specifically, I'm just talking about in general.)
For example, there were many middle-class people living in Watts before they created numerous suburban areas in adjacent communities.
