Tbh, the only reason why he went downhill during that time was because of how bad the sales were for Lights Out and 500 Degreez. Although if you ask me, both those albums were dope.
And how was he the joke of the Hot Boy$. I mean, he never carried them on his back, but he was never a joke either. There were a few disses thrown around after the breakup, but that's about it.

I don't give a fuck about sales or promo. I just want the fucking music ...

I hope C4 sells a milli first week : ) but....today, it's so easy to download music for free, i just find it hard to believe that's going to happen. Lady Gaga sold over a milli because "most" of her fans believe in her, relate to her and her music is really crazy good. Do people in the world believe in Lil Wayne to that extent to where he'll sell over 1,000,000 copies? I hope so. I support wayne 100% and i am going to buy the deluxe album ; )
