MegaMan: Lyrics are good but not really feeling the beat and flow: 7.5/10

Nightmares Of The Bottom: Like the lyrics and beat, I think his flow is ok, not THAT bad: 8/10
She Will: Lyrics, flow and beat are ok/good but the hook is becoming boring: 7.5/10
How to Hate: No good song, but not very bad although T-Pain annoys me : 6/10
Interlude: Tech goes in, but I don't feel the flow from andre, but his lyics are very good:8.5/10
John: 4/10
Abortion: Good beat and the hook is nice lyrics are also good: 8/10
So Special: Like the hook but not Wayne's verses: 6/10
President Carter: His speech>>> but it could've been longer, apart from that great lyrics: 9.5/10

But nothing lasts forever. Weezy is dead. Long live Weezy Harsh as fuck tbh. Waynes still got it. Some of the album tracks prove it and the bonus tracks def' do it for me.

I have to change Novacane, after a few listens it's my favorite song of the album. You can really feel his emotion

21. IGSMOM Have not heard it...... How many editions Wayne got out???? Target, Kmart, Dollar General, Delux, Ipod, Zune, Chicos Bail Bonds, etc.

Over I like that this album has different sounds/styles... Weezy kind of gave us just a little bit of everything (adding 2 or 3 Dedication mix tape like songs and cutting 2-3 filler songs would have really made this shine )... This, would have been better as a setup for the Carter 4 (instead of those other albums who we shall not mention by name lol). This feels a little less than stellar because its has some tracks that don't belong on here and the lyrics needed to be a bit stronger for a carter 4 album... I still really like the songs and although its not a grand slam, its still a home run yall... So Carter 4 is a good/great album.... Just needed a couple of songs with him flowing like he did before, but maybe that's asking for something that can't be delivered? Either way I am not going to hate...... I liked the album!

Also I was wondering if SFTW took away maybe 2 songs he could have used on this 1...Maybe should have put the really bad songs from this album on SFTW and gives the few good ones from SFTW... just a thought

Overrall its a 8.5 (for now) out 10 for me.

On S4TW are only remixes of other people's songs so they would've never been on C4. And S4TW was recorded in 10 hours or so and all the songs were recorded just for S4TW

Okay, time to give this a thorough review.
1. Intro: The beat is nice, Weezy's got some nice punchlines. Not my fave, though. 7/10
2. Blunt Blowin: This is on some Bill Gates shit. 10/10
3. MegaMan: I expected at least one line referencing the Capcom game, but there isn't. Still a good song though. 9/10
4. 6 Foot 7 Foot: Man, fuck all the "track is old" comments, this track is BANGING. The high-pitched voice does need fixing, though. 9/10
5. Nightmares of the Bottom: Cool beat, but Wayne's voice makes this sounds like a lullaby. Lyrics are okay though. 8/10
6. She Will: Beat is craaaaazy. It needs a Drizzy verse, though. Or just keep the Ross verse, whatever. 8/10
7. How to Hate: Am I the only one who's cool with Auto-Tune here? It's a T-Pain thing, so I guess I'm used to it. Still, needs more Wayne. A good song for those who has love troubles. 8/10
8. Interlude: For those who keep saying Wayne ain't on this, when will you realize that this is part of a big 3-part song? Plus, Wayne has an "uhh" at the beginning of Tech's verse.
Back to the song, Tech MURDERED this shit. Wasn't really expecting Andre 3K, though. Wayne is probably the only artist that has an interlude worth playing. 10/10
9. John: I didn't pay too much attention to Rick Ross' "I'm Not a Star" track, but I do know that this track is a BANGER. Again, fuck the time. Still, too much Ross for me. 8/10
10. Abortion: Not really my favorite. But it's an okay track. 7/10
11. So Special: 3 words: JOHN MUTHAFUCKING LEGEND. Man, this track is already good without JL. With JL, it became my favorite. 10/10
12. How to Love: All I'm saying is, if you don't like pop, then this is not for you. This is the stuff that guys will sing to impress the ladies. Something I might do one day. This track is good the first time I heard it. Then I realized there was no Auto-Tune. Then it became great. 10/10
13. President Carter: At first, I thought: "Man, should've gotten Jay-Z on this track. This makes a perfect Mr. Carter Pt. 2". And then... 9/10
14. It's Good: ...there's that "baby money" issue. All I'm saying is, fuck you Birdman for starting this shit. Jada and Drizzy did their thing. Not a favorite, but there are replaying values in this song. 8/10
15. Outro: Not a fan of Bun B, but I gotta say his verse is quite good. Nas and Busta... Amazing. Shyne... Ugh, change your voice goddammit. You ruined the damn song. 9/10
16. I Like the View: Beat is okay, but not really feeling the lyrics though. 7/10
17. Mirror: AMAZING. FUCKING AMAZING. DEFINITE SINGLE MATERIAL. AMAZING LYRICS AND AMAZING HOOK. 10/10
18. Two Shots: It's a club joint, so I guess it's okay. Not my fave, though. 7/10
19. Up Up and Away: Lil Wayne on a Timbaland/Wizz Dumb beat. Just fucking awesome. Lyrics could use some reworking, though. 8/10
20. Novacane: Lil Wayne and Kevin Rudolf. The killer combo. Along with Mirror, this is my most favorite track. 10/10
21. I Got Some Money On Me: Birdman is on some Lil Jon shit. "Narrating" with his "uptown swag" and all that. Might as well consider this a solo Wayne joint. It's good, though it's kinda repetitive. 8/10

Overall: 8.6/10
This is a great album. There are certain parts that weren't up to my expectations, but hey you can't please everybody. Still, I am pleased with C4 and I'll be jamming this album in full. And I am definitely excited to see what's next for Wayne. You know, besides retirement, that is.
