So his poor quality music is justified by his eagerness to retire to spend time with his kids? I don't think so.

I'm sorry, but I will not. Millions of people died for my right to speak and I will exercise that right.

Anyways, we NEVER get intellectual discussions like this on this website. This is exactly what should be going on. I'm tired of seeing the same threads over and over again: your top 10 favorite Lil Wayne songs, what songs would you put on a Lil Wayne Greatest Hits CD, what songs should Lil Wayne go over for his next mixtape, etc.

That's how discussions work, Kaden. If I don't have more questions, the discussion ends. What I would LOVE is for multiple people to go through and respond to every question I have posted, but I know that nobody is willing to do that.

sportz...kaden is right. What is this thread going to accomplish or change? Just sit and wait for music whenever it comes. I'm less involved in shit these days cuz shit, wtf can u do but wait and listen and form an opinion? lol.

Discussion is cool tho but some questions u asking aint got no answers.

I'm not trying to be smarter than everybody. Whether I am smarter than everybody else or not on this forum is predetermined; it will not "come to life" in this thread. I don't care if I am smarter or not smarter than another person, but I do know that a lot of people are wondering the same things that I am, so I was the one that decided to make the thread. This is evident from the multiple "good thread, sportz" comments in the first couple pages of this thread.

I am just tired of seeing the same thread worded in a different fashion over and over again. Everyone has his or her own top 10 Lil Wayne songs. Why does someone need to make a thread about it? And in every one of these types of threads, somebody gets bashed for having a Tha Carter IV song in his or her top 10. The bashing needs to stop, and, as shown through your post right above CBL's post, you are one of the bashers.

Oh I'm the basher now? In case you didn't notice, I had C4 listed as one of my favorite albums. Don't you think I feel bad when someone with a C4 song as their favorite gets bashed? Believe me, I would do anything if it's possible to stop the bashing. But here? Both of us don't have that kind of power.

That is the problem. People don't understand the power that they do have. Our voices can be heard. We have Mel Smith's email. Many members of Young Money know about this website, and they often retweet the blog posts. I believe Danny has spoken/been in communication with Chuckee, so it should not be that difficult to get a message to Wayne.

Wayne is like the President of the United States: he works for the people. Without the people, Wayne does not have a job. Wayne is, in essence, supposed to do what the people want, so Wayne, if it is still in his power, should be able to do what we want. But he shouldn't just be doing it because people want him to do it; he should be doing it to cement his legacy - to become the greatest rapper to have ever set foot on this planet.

Obviously, we, the members of the LWHQ forums, represent a minority of Lil Wayne's fans, but Lil Wayne does care about his true fans. He performed songs specifically for his true fans on his Unplugged performance and he also performs older songs on tour. He cares about us, but I'm not sure he knows what we want. More importantly, I'm not sure he knows what he wants: to maintain his image as the Best Rapper Alive or let that image die as he tends to his children. The choice is his to make and we hope he makes the former. I wouldn't be surprised if his children hope for the former as well.

Your voice can be heard. Your voice makes a difference. Do not let anyone tell you anything differently. You are your own person and you deserve each and every unalienable right that our forefathers implanted in the Constitution. Never forget that.

*Note: I'm sure that many other countries have similar principles to those I have spoken of in terms of the United States. I used the United States simply because I live there, the majority of the members live there, and the majority of Lil Wayne's fans live there.
