Nah tbh UK stocks up as fast as the U.S. and we usually get things before them too. It's down to a few factors;

1) Wayne hasn't toured in Europe or UK for a long time
2) Wayne delayed his Europe tour til october
3) Very little promotion outside the US

Worldwide sales are so low because in some places it was available later.
For exaple in my city I've only seen it in one online store. I haven't seen it in any "normal" shop and many people don't bother with ordering online, just go and pick a cd. If it was there on the shelves it could have sold more.
