          His prime ended around the same time Tha Carter III came out. His music started to get bad after he got out of jail.

                    No Ceilings was the Drought 3 to new Wayne fans... Every single person was on that shit... He fell off after 2009... I don't count Carter III as his prime since it was pretty much shit(minus 3peat) from what he can produce.. But he redeemed himself with arguably his GOAT line(damn I'm cold) and plenty of amazing features...along with the demolitions..
