Any of you think this might wake the inner beast inside Wayne up? I'm just hoping they keep going wild hard and Wayne just sees huge competition again.

On a side note, Kendrick's verse in Control sounded like a form of old Wayne in a sense.
If you think an album, or a verse gonna "wake the inner beast" then you gon' have a bad time lol...

Wayne already proved he's the best...let the newer comers like KDot, Drizzy, Cole....ect have their turn..

Y'all remember Wayne's verse on Hollywood Divorce? Wayne murders Andre, Big Boi, and Snoop all on one song like its nothing lol...

Wayne's preformance in BET awards when he ends it up with "I Am Hip Hop" and everybody goes wild.

In Dr Carter he ends his verse with "Hip Hop, I saved your life"

Songs like "The Best Rapper Alive".

Wayne doesn't need to do what he already done....he already accomplished it all before and much more.

Dude even made Em go and say that he was jealous on how hard Wayne was spitting when he wasn't...lol

        This tbh..

Wayne made his statement at the time, that he is the Best Rapper Alive.
        He hold that 'till now.
Now Kendrick said he is the King and like Tez said, we'll see if he can back that shit up like Wayne did..

You right but it'd still be interesting to see Wayne go really hard til he retires.

as stated by others, wayne has already proved himself as the best and cortez's tweet sums it up, he was in the spotlight and showed what he was made of, he doesnt need to do that now, i wish it would stir something in him to rap like that again, if it does i will be grateful to kendrick, but i dont see it happening, i dont even think wayne will listen to it tbh

What is he gonna do about it? Make another Goulish? Come on guys let's hope not
He been doing this cocky shit since the beginning and ain't hungry no more. Even if he woke the fuck back up it would be boring with his lyrical level lately. Kendrick is working his way up to Wayne's prime right now and I'm happy about it. His latest verse is amazing

Cortez knows Wayne ain't no damn 5'7

But Wayne said himself he doesn't know what's going on in Hip-hop. I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't even heard it
"Armed and dangerous, rich and famous, young and restless
                        Guns and stretchers
                        Cristal and dubs for breakfast
I just got one suggestion - none should test him
'Cause cuz get hectic; send one through your sons intestines
Glocks knock lungs from chests, you get the portrait?
Bodies piled up on porches, it won't be gorgeous"
