A digital release on the 28th is what it looks like, but what will be the GOAT promotion to go along with it? So far Kobe, Chris Paul, and Kevin Durant have been part of the promotion. The 28th is the opening day of the NBA season. However, I don't see Lil Wayne being promoted on NBA opening day?
