Idk to be honest, tha charter 4 is among my fav albums period, but yo, people thought wayne was falling of, and then he dropped d'usse, belive me and all. I mean, tha charter v can be a lil hit or miss if you get me. The album cover aint something that really hypes me and i dont really think wayne can realese all 10/10 songs like he done rn for a whole album but hey, tha charter 3, nuffsaid. But we'll see, it has already showed a variety of different songs and vibes. Rn im just waiting for that medicore track to get dropped, krazy wasnt average, but the beat didnt do it for me.

even if the album aint that good overall, it will still be hyped up af, just look at the amount of co-signs he has gotten from other rappers n shit.

Even KRS ONE co-signed him.

TL;DR; it will have alot of good songs, but then there will some fillers, pretty much like a good amount of his projects

Put out 'Tha Carter V: Part 1' with barely any promo, just letting everybody hear it without intending that it should sell a million first week or anything. Once it's out everybody will be talking about it regardless, so hype for Part 2 will be sky high... So They drop part 2 soon after and it's a massive commercial hit.

So basically use Part 1 to promote Part 2.
