Imagine starting a petition to get everyone who is a fan of lil Wayne to pay a dollar to hear carter 5 and the cash went to Wayne. I mean a dollar to hear the album cmon? Even people who aren't even big fans of Wayne would pay a dollar to hear it because it's Lil Wayne and people always are gonna continue to check for Lil Wayne. That could reach millions of dollars and in turn fans give that to him he'd have to give us the album at that point.
