  • How did Wayne think racism didn't exist anymore?

I'm asking because he fucking talks about it in his music, so either he don't believe what he rapping or he just spoke some bs on TV. I'm legit confused by this whole thing.

I think he just knows that the media rips apart wealthy people who say that they have been mistreated because of race. Because of that he said he himself does not need to deal with that issue. When he is rapping about it like in 'My Heart Races on' or 'Misunderstood' he is representing where he came from.

cant really remember times Wayne has mentioned it in his music besides the line on "Trap House"

bout the crooked cops but even then he more specifically pointed it to the crooked cops more so then a race thing

Wayne is the king of contradictions though thats been known

then again watching the interview wayne states that he personally hasn't dealt with racism as he saw the mixed crowds at his shows and in his personal come up as a rapper also he then stated that HE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YES IT EXISTS but he didn't deal with it he was honest to his own situation

Why don't you watch the actual full interview instead of just reading blog headlines or watching social media clips of the interview

Saw the whole thing when it first happened. He said he didn't think it happened but obviously it does. I'm still questioning how he thought it didn't happen anymore when he's shown himself examples of it in his music and how people depict him in general.

Also, he said he never experienced it... NEVER
                  I seriously doubt that.

Lil Wayne will have a huge white fanbase and is it wrong he didn't want to lose any of them as fans by more or less not getting involved ?

Why? I'm a nigga from the south and I can't say I've ever experienced it either. This nigga famous and wealthy. I'm sure he's out of the way of most ignorance outside of social media which I'm sure he doesn't check.

Lil Wayne, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Skooly, Rich Homie Quan, 2 Chainz.
