personally i want him to write it post prison cuz he will blow us away with all the shit he has pent up for this year or so he's locked up

He could do it like Biggie. He went to jail for 9 months and didn't write any rhymes down, he just repeated his lyrics in his head over and over again until he memorized them. Then when he got out he went str8 to the studio and just started spitting everything he memorized
