Criminal possession of a weapon is a Class B felony in New York, and wayne is in Crimminal Possession of a hand gun due to the fact that the New Gun Laws in New York state that any gun within the Ney York state lines MUST be registered in New York. And i cant remember if the gun was loaded or not?It's always Carter Season in Portland.

Okay so it was loaded, that faces a 3.5-15 year sentance by itself, on top of the criminal possesion of a hand gun, but Waynes attorney struck a plea deal with the DA to get it down to a year, so even the chance for paroll is so slim since theyve already knocked so much off just for the plea deal,It's always Carter Season in Portland.
