its when you play them with high quality headphones trust me there is something wrong with the mastering. Still an epic album but would be nice to get it remastered..

You can check on KTT they got mad topics about the mastering

If you get the standard version of the album do you still get the five covers? or are they only included in deluxe...

"KanyeToThe", and I've noticed "Monster" is just awful quality, "So Appalled" skips, "DIAND" has crackling/skipping in (intentional?) and that's how far I've got so far. College Dropout got remastered a year or two later...

I've read the skipping on So Appalled was intentional, as well as the 'crackling' on DIAND.
