what do you mean you can never lose your lyrical talent? that's 100% false.
Name some rappers who've came in the game lyrical and just lost it. You can't LOSE your lyrical talent, only dumb it down and there's a huge difference between the two.

50 never lost his lyrical talent, people just got tired of his music lol. For example, Wayne dumbed downed some songs on C3 IMO. The average hip hop head would think "Lollipop" and "Got Money" were wack (lyrically) because he dumbed the lyrics down. But then he can make a song like "Shoot Me Down" which is one of his most lyrical songs IMO. He never LOST his lyrics, just dumbed them down.

What is your definition of "Lost lyrical talent" mean? getting dropped on your head and no longer able to comprehend and fully rap? even real 50 fans will tell you he lost his lyrical talents. rappers who has been rapping for 3+ years will never loss how to actual rap, but they can loss there skills therefor there losing there lyrical talent. there's a difference from losing your skills and dumbing down your lyrics, dumbing down your lyrics is often done attentional , 50 actually wants to spit and still be considered great but people do not see him as "lyrical 50" because he lost his lyrical talents bottom line.

lol at you guys gassing J.Cole i mean dude is OK and i fuck with some of his shit, but if you make a song about meaning does it automatically mean its dope?

"ballin out with nuggets like im carmelo" is that the shit you guys fuck with and yall keep calling lyrical? OR "I'm a wizard like, Caron Butler" (he plays for the MAVS now and this is from Friday Night Lights) there's many more i could say, sure these songs have meaning but do you pay attention to the whole verse or 1 line?

and please stop w/ that bullshit about its not Lyrical if it doesn't have meaning... If a rapper was spitting some dope bars but it wasn't about the struggle and shit its no longer LYRICAL?

Every rapper has lines like that fam. I've been listening to this dude for about a year and a half now and I still haven't heard a wack verse from this dude. (Call me a stan, IDGAF) Listen to "The Come Up" if you think he isn't lyrical, you'll definitely change your mind. No one said that if your songs have no meaning then it isn't lyrical but "struggle" music is probably one of the hardest things to rap about. That's why it means so much to me..
