this is hard to say bc they are wayyy diff in styles I think Biggie is good but iI dont listen to him but 2pac I think he is better. 2pac had more meaningful things that helped the ppl relate n motivate, wayne also motivates a ton of ppl wiht his music but he doesnt hav much depth to him. His punchlines are crazy as well as his flow. I thiink pac is better and Wayne hasnt got there yet but if he keeps at it Im sure hell be there someday.
