Tupac and Biggie were one's who brang hiphop on top, and Lil Wayne is one of those who kept it "alive" as interesting, that's all Lol
The 3 have/had incredible skills, 3 great and original flow, but Pac & Biggie were better lyricist, their music were more consistant.
Death imortalised Pac's and Biggie's talent and rap, so their known as legends, they didn't had time to fall off, so they are recognized like legends. Lil Wayne is a new rap supperstar, he will be recognised as a great and very talented rapper, one of the best, charismatic and orginial rapper.
