    No particular order.

    Illmatic
    Straight Outta Compton
    Reasonable Doubt
    All Eyez On Me
    Chronic
    Marshall Mathers LP
    Slim Shady LP

That's it for now. Wayne's prob not in the GREATEST but definitely in my favourites.

You ain't a king, you a joker card.

Oh nice, yeah Big L's such a great punchline rapper, thought you were dissing him for a second, haha.

You should have a listen to Mf Doom as well, Operations: Doomsday and Madvillainy are unbelievable.

I think Cole, Kendrick, Drake, and prime Wayne are all good enough to do things like that.

I can see why it was the best thing ever back then, but not now. I mean in '94 no one was really doing that, and hip hop was still basically brand new. I could see if he was rhyming at a level that hasn't been reached since or something, but...he still sounds like Nas to me. Only thing that's really changed is what he references. Honestly after hearing that, I don't understand why people say he's fallen off.

I can see people like my uncle saying it's one of the best things ever though. And I can truly appreciate Illmatic if that's what the whole album is like, but I don't think it's untouchable at all.
Couldnt have said it better myself. Ive learned to appreciate the Rap Music from the 90's and even before that time period, but I just dont think the rappers nor the albums that were put out during the 90's are far and away better than some of the Rappers and the albums in this generation. I feel like some people give them too much credit just because they came first..

EDIT: They're dope. Not going to even front on that fact.

To me it's lyrically untouchable, the first few times I listened to it I thought it was overrated but after my 5th or 6th listen I understood why people considered it to be the best hip-hop album ever.

Yep. Plus, it was his debut album, and he was what? 21-22.
