I guess I was including production for Dilla, I don't really care about legacy when it comes to hip hop that much, just love the sound of Big L, Pun and Biggie. I disagree about KRS-One (Return of the Boom Bap), and doom is more creative than Andre, imo.
You talk as is it's clear cut on what is a classic and what isn't.

Dilla is eh. Amazing producer but . You're getting confused between you favorites and who is actually better. Biggie is at least arguable but Pun and L aren't even close to being on Dre's level. (Over exaggerating on L I know). KRS is very influencial. A pioneer of this genre but let's be reality, he ain't on Dre's level. I'm sorry but I just fail to see how Doom is more creative...

Classics are very clear cut (MMLP, Paid In Full, Aquemini etc..) tbh with certain fringe albums (TES, Stankonia, TBA etc..).

KRS doesn't have a classic lol. His best album is 8.5/10.
