If you are all posting who you think the GOAT is, you're idiots and didn't even read the whole article, thus missing the entire point.

It does, and it's kinda sad kuz the writer seems to be unknowingly biased against him. He's technically a great lyricist and he does have timeless music.

Lil Wayne, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Skooly, Rich Homie Quan, 2 Chainz.

But that's all your opinion, and I think you would be in the minority saying Wayne is technical. Kendrick Lamar is technical, Eminem is technical, Nas is technical.

mode can explain it better than I ever could. But I guess that all depends on what one would call "technical."

That's true, man, our discussion right now is basically exactly what the article is talking about

Oh yeah, but you clarified, some people are just saying who they think the G.O.A.T is though, not saying who the G.O.A. T to them personally is. By you saying Hov is the GOAT to you that's fine because you are specifically saying it's to you. When people say "So and so is the GOAT" and just leave it at that, it's too much of a blanket statement.

Well actually everyone made it clear that it was all in their respective opinions...
