So sophisticated, imma boss, diced pineapples, tupac back, hold me back.

You wanna act like these dont ring any bells? Rick Ross literally ran all of 2012.

And im only mentioning singles, the tapes he released were too dope. God forgive, I dont and Rich forver were both released in 2012 and they both can be considered classics by some. Come on now.

A lot of those songs appeals was meek mill seeing as he was dominating 2012No doubt Rick Ross is a significant rapper and artist and pioneer in terms of delivering new talent into rap but he simply does not have 'legendary' status (alreast in my book) he has done nothing ti innovate the sound he sinoly facilitates it and im salty because he ruins the momentum on 'im on one'

Rick, Meek, Wale where on top of gangster rap. His flow, delivery and lyrics are always dope. Listen to John once again, His verses were much better than Wayne [and Wayne was great, so thats saying alot!]. His Birdman diss record talking about the Wayne/CM situation was better and more thoughtful that anything Wayne dropped regarding that subject.. Don't disrespect bruh, come on

Port Of Miami, Deeper Than Rap, Teflon Don, Rich Forever, God Forgives I Don't all classics. Rick Ross a legend I'm sorry bro dude has been around for a minute and managed to stay relevant. Plus Teflon Don is a top ten hip hop album prolly released this decade.

Street rap would miss him. One can say he was one of the first to bring trap music to mainstream hip hop. Without him we wouldn't get MMG, and MMG got us Meek Mill and Wale, both which gave us dope music before.
