Put any Wayne mixtape against Spitta's (Return to the Winner's Circle) from No Ceilings to Dedication, it depends on preference. The older we get or mature, the more astonishment comes from mature consciousness/etc. In other words, I think now and even before Spitta had more replay value, but many "non-stoners" or "non-smokers" disagree or can't relate.
