I think this where people get confused about hip-hop. It is not all about punchlines and metaphors. Music is suppose to be from the heart and have a meaning. All other genres of music have a meaning behind them and don't have any metaphors (See Rock for more info). Most of my verses I write have no meaning at all and focus mainly on saying I'm the best and punchlines. I guess that is why I enjoy songs like Something You Forgot and Apologize (Remix) from Lil Wayne. Those are two of the songs that have a lot of meaning behind them.

No, no. I feel you man. But for me to actually like a written alot, its gotta have crazy lines. The only way for me to "connect" with deeper lyrics is recorded. So im sure if you can spit good and whatever. Once you record, this song will be good.

Those bars are false at points, minorities get by because they're minorities in a bunch of cases. Poor people having generations of welfare while the mid-class hard working people are still paying to support their asses..something's wrong with this picture. Not to mention these mexicans that don't have shit are getting free healthcare while we pay for them, and Obama's not making things better, not saying McCain would've been perfect but it would've been different.

Thanks. I thought I would let everybody know that after I graduate (June 2010), I will be going to college for music production. Probably start off with community college and work my way up from there to a major production university.

Figured it would be nice to have some kind of knowledge before I get there.

haha nah bro i dont produce the only thing i do for YNR is add my drops to his songs and promote by puttin them on youtube and his mixtapes on datpifff i have tried to make beats be4 but its hard u gotta b mad creative for that
what i do though is make mixes (blends) and im startin to make some songs
