But what i dont get is: In my settings it says i have over 1000 rep points. But there are only two threads listed where i got reps. So did over 1000 people reped me up for those two posts????

No, you automatically get a certain amount of rep when you register and make a post.

And if someone reps you for a post, you get 10 points, so it's not 1 person = 1 rep point.
