K so I would say I would have a relatively high rep, but when I rep people they only get like one or two bars, is that normal, sometimes they'll get like six or seven ?

For example, I repped Jody ^^, he got one & then I did Vocker & he got four ...

You mean these bars:

And it depends on how many a user already has.

For example, if a user only has 3 bars, when someone reps them it may increase by a few bars but if they already had 8 bars, then it may take a few "reps" to increase.
