just step up and talk to her in person dude. it's sooo much better that way than on fb. introduce yourself, compliment her, crack some jokes to make her laugh.

otherwise, just add her on facebook. and like what other people said, comment on a picture of hers or something telling her she's beautiful or whatever. if she replies, there's your shot
