I am pretty sure Park won't make Villa or Wolves, he has been playing a lot matches and needs to adjust to timezone again, So he will probably be given a few days off, just like Tevez always got.

yeah true. i read somewhere yesterday, think it was on the united forums. that after the world cup park wasn't good, and after having a rest he refound his form. so a break for him could do him good.

Oh damn we could've used him well. Oh well I think he will be needed soon at full fitness against tougher opposition. I'm not really sure though how much rest is needed, if he didn't play the last asia cup game. Effectively he would be getting about a week off anyways.

Next game against Aston Villa at home. I hope Gibson isn't playing, he is terrible.
Put on Anderson for me. Give Rooney a break.. play Berbatov and Hernandez. Hopefully Rafael is back from his concussion. From what I read, he was fine afterwards but they didn't want to risk him.

Scholes should be rested as he has played the last 2 games so give him a rest.
        Midfield will probably me Nani-Anderson-Carrick-Giggs.

Fuck off Chelsea and fuck off Torres lol, no seriously I don't get why Torres would want to go to a souless, plastic flag waving, ageing club like Chelsea, don't think we should let him go until the end of the season even though its obvious he doesn't want to be here, don't want to see him at another premier league club, would prefer to see him at maybe Barcelona next season. His sulky attitude has been gettin on my nerves for a while now anyway and a few weeks ago he was pledging his allegience and love for the club and the fans and saying he would honour his contract....no loyalty, money talks eh???

Suarez welcome to Anfield!!! YNWA. Torres close the door on the way out!!!

Yeah we are shit right now but I will still always support my team no matter what....thats loyalty!!! But Chelsea are a team in decline right now and I can't see them winning any trophies this season anyway and thats why I don't get why he would go there, Suarez was bought to play alongside him not replace him....

                    Liverpool>Chelsea.
                    They didn't buy their success.

Tottenham have failed with a sensational swoop for Argentina international and Chelsea target Sergio Aguero.

Chelsea reportedly tried to sign the diminutive striker along with Atletico’s Uruguayan defender Diego Godin for £52million earlier this week.

Talks broke down with the Spanish club after a fee couldn’t be agreed between the clubs and Tottenham tried to take advantage despite boss Harry Redknapp’s assertion that Spurs would not be doing anymore business in the transfer window.

According to Sky Sports Tottenham had the bid rejected earlier today. They were willing to meet the release clause in Aguero’s contract but were not willing to pay the extra tax add-ons.

Atletico were not prepared to let their star man leave for this price. Aguero has the option of buying out the clause but would have to pay extra tax which, it seems, Spurs were not willing to cover.

The chase for Aguero follows a familiar story for Spurs in this January transfer window as they have had bids rejected from a number of other clubs for strikers. Most recently Spurs have had bids rejected for Spain internationals Fernando Llorente and Alvaro Negredo.

Spurs also met Llorente’s release clause but tax implications also put paid to any chance of signing the striker.

Harry Redknapp was also in Spain last week to watch Diego Forlan play with a view to following up is interest in the Uruguay striker.

Man United are on a 23 game unbeaten streak in the Premier League, and top of the table by 5 points. Where is the 'decline'?
we have a mixed squad and a few younger players have yet to find their potential which they will in the next few seasons. Liverpool has a team where all their players minus Gerrard, Torres and Meireles are past their age. Those players are finished and shouldn't be playing on such a big stage.
