It that hard to make? I love making bread but sourdough looks like it would be more difficult.

It that hard to make? I love making bread but sourdough looks like it would be more difficult.

It's actually easier just longer. I had to grow my sourdough starter for 8 days before I could use it. But then all I needed to do was mix it with more flour and water and bake it. My sister is gluten intolerant so I can't use normal flour, and this was by far the best gluten free loaf I've ever cooked. I'm gonna blog about it soon I'll link you to the post. Sourdough tastes amazing
